The Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) candidate for Akinyele Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly election, Hon. Olalere Solomon ERE, has congratulated Nigerians on the occasion of the nation’s 66th Independence Anniversary, calling for renewed hope, unity, peace and purposeful development across the country.
In a goodwill message marking the anniversary, ERE extended his felicitations to Nigerians at home and in the diaspora, as well as residents of Oyo State and, particularly, the people of Akinyele Constituency II.

He described the anniversary as an important moment for Nigerians to reflect on the country’s journey since independence while renewing their collective commitment to building a peaceful, prosperous and united nation.
According to him, despite the economic difficulties and other challenges confronting citizens, Nigerians must continue to believe in the country’s potential and work collectively towards a better future.
ERE prayed for an end to the hardship and pains being experienced by Nigerians, expressing hope that the country would witness greater economic opportunities, improved living standards, peace and development across all sectors.
He also called for a political and governance environment that would provide opportunities for capable and committed Nigerians to contribute meaningfully to national development.

“I pray that Nigeria will be blessed with the right people, with the right vision and genuine commitment to service, who will have the opportunity to reset and rebuild our nation for peace, economic development and sustainable growth across all sectors,” ERE said.
The APM candidate emphasized the need for unity among Nigerians, noting that the country’s cultural, ethnic and religious diversity should be harnessed as a source of strength rather than division.
He further expressed his appreciation to the people of Akinyele Constituency II for their support and confidence, assuring them that their aspirations for effective representation, meaningful development and a better future remain important.
ERE urged Nigerians to use the Independence Anniversary as an opportunity to renew their commitment to peace, responsible citizenship, unity and national development.
He concluded by praying for continued peace and prosperity in Nigeria, Oyo State and Akinyele Constituency II.
“Happy 66th Independence Anniversary to Nigeria and all Nigerians. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Oyo State and the good people of Akinyele Constituency II,” he said.
