The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Oyo State Governor, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has extended warm birthday felicitations to a former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Federal Constituency Matters and respected political leader, Hon. Dare Adeleke, describing him as a distinguished gentleman, committed public servant, and, in his words, “my personal person from way back.”
In a heartfelt birthday message, Hon. Bibire said celebrating Hon. Adeleke goes beyond the usual formalities associated with birthdays, noting that their relationship has been built over many years on mutual respect, shared experiences, and a genuine appreciation of his character and commitment to the people.
According to him, Hon. Dare Adeleke has remained a remarkable figure whose contributions to public life have continued to leave their imprint across different spheres of service.
“Hon. Dare Adeleke is my personal person from way back. Beyond politics and public office, I have known him as a man of conviction, a dependable friend, a man of courage, and someone who genuinely cares about people and the progress of society,” Bibire said.
Hon. Bibire commended Adeleke’s contributions in the various positions he has occupied, stressing that his record reflects a consistent willingness to serve and contribute meaningfully whenever entrusted with responsibility.
He particularly acknowledged his tenure as Chairman of Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Services, where he contributed to the administration and development of a government-owned transportation institution, describing the experience as another testament to his commitment to public service.
