The Vice Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, Political Head/Administrator of Ajorosun LCDA and APM Chairmanship Candidate for Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple, has congratulated Hon. Adekunle Oladapo Bankole on his appointment as the Chairman of the Oyo State Hospitals Management Board by the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
The appointment, which took effect from Friday, September 18, 2026, was conveyed through appointment letters issued by the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi, PhD.
In a congratulatory message, Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple described the appointment of Hon. Bankole as a significant recognition of his experience, dedication and commitment to public service, noting that his new responsibility places him in a strategic position to contribute to the effective administration of healthcare institutions across Oyo State.
Hon. Simple said the Oyo State Hospitals Management Board plays an important role in the administration and management of the state’s hospitals, adding that the new Chairman’s experience and understanding of public service would be valuable in the discharge of his responsibilities.
He congratulated Hon. Bankole on the confidence reposed in him by Governor Makinde and wished him wisdom, strength and sound judgment as he assumes the new assignment.
According to him, leadership appointments come with enormous responsibilities, and the new position provides Hon. Bankole with another opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of Oyo State and the wellbeing of its people.
Hon. Simple also commended Governor Seyi Makinde for the appointment and for continuing to entrust responsibilities to individuals across the state in various areas of governance.
