The Deputy Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, has felicitated with the Honourable Member representing Ibadan South East Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olayinka Ayobami Omikunle, on the occasion of his birthday.
