Aare of Akoboland and former Federal House of Representatives aspirant for Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Mathew Alani Oyeniyi, has felicitated with the Executive Chairman of Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, on the occasion of his birthday.
Oyeniyi, in a congratulatory message to mark the special occasion, described Hon. Kamorudeen as a committed grassroots leader whose dedication to public service and the wellbeing of his people deserves recognition and commendation.
He noted that leadership at the local government level provides a unique opportunity to have direct and meaningful impact on the lives of residents, stressing that those entrusted with such responsibilities must remain responsive, accessible and committed to the development of their communities.
According to him, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen has continued to demonstrate his commitment to grassroots administration through his leadership at Lagelu Local Government, while maintaining relationships with stakeholders and residents across the council area.
Oyeniyi described the Lagelu council chairman as a brother and fellow stakeholder in the development of Oyo State, adding that his experience and understanding of grassroots politics remain valuable to the growth and progress of the state.
“Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen is a distinguished grassroots politician who has demonstrated commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to him.
“His birthday is not only an occasion to celebrate another year of his life, but also an opportunity to appreciate his contributions to public service and his continued engagement with the people at the grassroots,” Oyeniyi stated.
The former federal lawmaker aspirant further acknowledged the importance of unity and collaboration among political and community leaders, saying that collective efforts remain essential to achieving sustainable development across Oyo State.
He congratulated Kamorudeen for attaining another milestone in life and prayed that Almighty God would continue to grant him wisdom, sound health, strength and the courage to discharge his responsibilities effectively.
Oyeniyi also prayed for greater accomplishments in the chairman’s personal and public life, asking God to bless his new age with peace, prosperity, fulfilment and continued opportunities to positively impact the lives of the people.
