The Allied People’s Movement (APM) candidate for Akinyele Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly election, Hon. Olalere Solomon (ERE), has welcomed pupils and students across the constituency back to school as they commence a new academic session.
In a goodwill message marking the resumption of classes, Hon. Olalere Solomon described the new school term as a period of renewed hope, fresh aspirations, and greater opportunities for young learners who represent the future of Akinyele Constituency and Nigeria.

He urged pupils and students to embrace the new academic session with seriousness, discipline, and determination, stressing that education remains one of the greatest investments any society can make.
“Education is the foundation of a better future. I encourage our children to study hard, ask questions, respect their teachers, and develop good character alongside their academic achievements.
The knowledge gained today will become the solutions they provide tomorrow,” he said.
The APM candidate also commended parents, guardians, teachers, and school administrators for their sacrifices and contributions toward building a better educational system.

According to him, parents who provide for their children’s education, teachers who dedicate themselves to nurturing young minds, and school administrators who ensure smooth learning environments are all important contributors to national development.
Olalere called for continued collaboration among stakeholders to ensure that no child is left behind due to financial or social challenges, while also advocating for schools within the constituency to become centres of excellence, safety, and opportunity.
Reaffirming his commitment to education, the APM candidate said he would continue to support initiatives aimed at improving learning environments, expanding access to quality education, and providing better support for both students and teachers.
“Welcome back to school, our future leaders. May this academic session bring greater knowledge, wisdom, success, and brighter opportunities,” Hon. Olalere Solomon added.
