The Seyi Makinde Presidential Boys (SPB) has felicitated the Oyo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Ademola Ojo, popularly known as “Ijaya,” on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a man of vast knowledge, wisdom, understanding and uncommon commitment to public service.
In a congratulatory message issued to mark the occasion, SPB described Hon. Ojo as a dependable leader, father figure and source of guidance to many within the political and public service space, noting that his wealth of experience and understanding of governance have continued to distinguish him in his various responsibilities.



























The group commended the Commissioner for his dedication to the people of Oyo State and his contributions to the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, particularly in the areas of local government administration, grassroots development and the sustenance of cordial relationships between government and traditional institutions.
According to SPB, Hon. Ojo’s strength lies not only in his political experience but also in his ability to listen, understand issues and provide thoughtful guidance, making him a respected figure and mentor to many younger people who look up to him for direction.
The group further described him as a leader whose accessibility, humility and fatherly disposition have earned him the respect and goodwill of people across different walks of life.
“Hon. Ademola Ojo is a man of immense knowledge, wisdom and understanding. Beyond his position as a public office holder, he has continued to serve as a father figure and source of guidance to many. His willingness to listen, share his experience and provide direction is one of the qualities that make him exceptional,” SPB said.





The group noted that his years of service and commitment to the development of Oyo State have continued to reflect the importance of experienced and responsible leadership in advancing the interests of the people.
SPB also acknowledged Hon. Ojo’s role in strengthening grassroots governance, describing his portfolio as Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters as a critical one given the importance of local government institutions and traditional rulers in community development, peace and social cohesion.
The organisation prayed for God to grant the celebrant continued good health, wisdom, strength and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
