The Chief Executive Officer of Ajipson Tech Services Ventures and Publisher of The Populist News, Aderibigbe Yisahu Ajibola, has celebrated the Director of Women Mobilisation for the Oyo State Allied Peoples Movement (APM) Gubernatorial Campaign and Senior Special Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Ramota Agberemi Dabo (RAD), on the occasion of her birthday.
Ajibola, who is also the Head of Media to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, described RAD as his “wonderful sister and a beautiful soul,” while celebrating her remarkable personality, strength, wisdom and enduring commitment to politics and public service.
In a heartfelt birthday message, Ajibola said RAD remains one of the personalities he holds in very high esteem, describing her as a woman whose courage, resilience, sagacity and deep understanding of the political terrain have continued to distinguish her in the often challenging world of politics.
According to him, RAD is not merely a politician but a woman of substance whose strength of character, intelligence and ability to navigate political realities have earned her respect among associates, admirers and political stakeholders.
“Today, I celebrate not just a political family, but my wonderful sister and a truly beautiful soul, Hon. Ramota Agberemi Dabo.
“RAD is a woman of remarkable strength, uncommon resilience and great political sagacity.
Over the years, I have watched with admiration as she continues to demonstrate courage, wisdom and an uncommon capacity to remain steadfast in the pursuit of the things she believes in.
“She is one woman who knows her onions. She understands politics, understands people and knows how to navigate the political terrain with maturity, confidence and wisdom.
“Her strength in politics is inspiring, while her resilience in the face of challenges is worthy of commendation.
She has consistently shown that when a woman possesses courage, experience and wisdom, there is virtually no height she cannot attain,” Ajibola said.
Ajibola further described RAD as a woman whose warmth, humility and ability to maintain meaningful relationships have made her a special person to many people around her.
He said her beautiful disposition to life and people is one of the qualities that makes her exceptional, noting that behind the strong political personality is a compassionate, accommodating and admirable woman.
“Beyond politics and public service, RAD is simply a beautiful soul. She is warm, accessible, caring and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of people around her.”
“That is why I am particularly proud to call her my sister. Some relationships are beyond politics, positions or affiliations; they are built on genuine respect, love and mutual appreciation. My relationship with RAD is one of such,” he added.
Ajibola also expressed delight that he and RAD share a common educational heritage as proud alumni of Methodist Grammar School, Bodija, Ibadan, describing the institution as one that has continued to produce people of distinction.
According to him, being products of the same great institution is another bond he cherishes, stressing that the values and discipline associated with the school remain evident in the lives of its alumni.
“I am particularly proud that we are both alumni of the great Methodist Grammar School, Bodija, Ibadan.
“Being a Methodist product is something I cherish deeply, and I can confidently say that Methodist products are the best. The discipline, values, intellectual grounding and character that the institution instils in its students continue to speak through many of its products today.
“RAD is certainly one of those proud Methodist products whose accomplishments and contributions continue to make the institution proud,” he said.
The media executive also commended RAD for her steadfastness and contributions to political mobilisation, particularly her role in advancing women’s participation and strengthening grassroots engagement.
He noted that her years of political experience have equipped her with the wisdom and sagacity required to understand people, build relationships and contribute meaningfully to political organisation.
Ajibola said RAD’s political journey represents a testament to the fact that women can successfully combine courage, intelligence, resilience and compassion in making meaningful contributions to governance and society.
