The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has appointed Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, popularly known as Bibire, as the Director-General of the APM Presidential and Gubernatorial Campaign Council for Ibadan North Local Government ahead of the forthcoming general election.

Also appointed is Hon. Agboluaje Abiodun Oluwasegun, popularly known as Dundee, who will serve as the Secretary-General of the campaign council in Ibadan North Local Government.

The appointments, which are expected to strengthen the campaign structure of the party in the local government, bring together two experienced political figures with strong grassroots connections and organisational capacity.

Hon. Bibire, who currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, is widely regarded as a prominent political figure with considerable experience in political mobilisation, coordination and grassroots engagement.

His appointment as Campaign Director-General is seen as a strategic move aimed at providing effective leadership and coordination for the party’s presidential and gubernatorial campaigns across Ibadan North.

In the same vein, the appointment of Hon. Agboluaje Abiodun Oluwasegun (Dundee) as Secretary-General is expected to further strengthen the administrative and organisational machinery of the campaign council.

As Secretary-General, Dundee will play a key role in coordinating the activities of the campaign council, ensuring effective communication among members and supporting the implementation of the council’s campaign programmes across the various wards in Ibadan North.

With Bibire providing leadership as Director-General and Dundee serving as Secretary-General, the campaign council is expected to deploy a robust grassroots mobilisation strategy, strengthen coordination across the wards and galvanise support for the APM’s presidential and gubernatorial candidates.

The new leadership of the campaign council is therefore expected to bring renewed energy, strategic direction and stronger grassroots engagement to the APM campaign in Ibadan North Local Government.
