The Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke Ayodele has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to promoting quality education, youth development and academic excellence as he graced the 2026 Fifth Passing-Out Parade of the Nigeria Police Secondary School, Igboora where he rewarded the Overall Best Graduating Student with a cash prize.
The colourful ceremony held yesterday attracted education stakeholders, security personnel, parents, traditional leaders and community members who gathered to celebrate another set of students successfully completing their secondary education and preparing for higher academic pursuits.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Adeleke congratulated the graduating students on reaching a significant milestone, describing their success as the product of dedication, discipline, perseverance and resilience.
He urged them to approach the next phase of their lives with courage, determination and a strong sense of responsibility.
The executive chairman charged the graduates to remain steadfast in upholding the values of integrity, honesty, discipline and excellence, stressing that while academic qualifications are important, good character remains the true foundation of lasting success and meaningful leadership.
He encouraged the students to shun all forms of social vices, embrace hard work, and remain focused on their aspirations, reminding them that they are ambassadors of their families, their school, Ibarapa Central and the nation at large.

Hon. Adeleke commended the Commandant, the management, teaching and non-teaching staff of Nigeria Police Secondary School, Igboora for their dedication to academic excellence and character development.
He praised their commitment to nurturing disciplined, responsible and intellectually sound students, noting that their collective efforts have continued to strengthen the school’s reputation as one of the leading institutions in the region.
The Executive Chairman also paid tribute to parents and guardians for their sacrifices, encouragement and support throughout the students’ academic journey.
He acknowledged that their commitment and prayers had played a vital role in the success being celebrated.
Reaffirming his administration’s commitment to education, Hon. Adeleke stated that no meaningful development can be achieved without sustained investment in human capital.
