A vibrant female politician in Oyo State and Convener of the Women and Youth in Politics Sensitization, Farmer Omolara Busari Svensson, has applauded President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the successful rescue of the teachers and pupils abducted in Ahoro Community, Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State, describing the development as a major victory for the nation’s security architecture.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Farmer Omolara expressed profound gratitude to President Tinubu for providing the political will and unwavering support that strengthened the operations of the nation’s security agencies, leading to the safe return of the victims after weeks in captivity.

She said the successful rescue further demonstrates the President’s commitment to protecting the lives of Nigerians and his determination to ensure that criminal elements do not prevail over the peace and security of the country.
According to her, the release of the abducted teachers and pupils is reassuring evidence that the Federal Government, under President Tinubu’s leadership, remains resolute in tackling insecurity through improved collaboration among security agencies and enhanced intelligence gathering.
Farmer Omolara also commended the Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for his steadfast leadership and sustained engagement throughout the difficult period, noting that the governor worked closely with relevant authorities to ensure that every lawful effort was deployed towards securing the freedom of the victims.
She stated that Governor Makinde’s calm disposition, commitment, and concern for the affected families reflected his compassionate style of governance and unwavering dedication to the welfare of the people of Oyo State.

The female politician and Agriprenuerer further paid glowing tribute to all the security agencies involved in the operation, including the military, the police, the Department of State Services (DSS), the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), local vigilante groups, intelligence operatives, and other stakeholders whose professionalism, bravery, and coordinated efforts made the successful rescue possible.
She noted that the operation underscores the importance of synergy among security institutions in addressing the nation’s security challenges and restoring public confidence.
Farmer Omolara congratulated the rescued teachers, pupils, and their families, praying that God would grant them complete healing from the physical, emotional, and psychological trauma they endured during their captivity.
