The lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency II in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, has officially obtained the nomination form of the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM), reaffirming his resolve to seek another mandate to continue his legislative service to the people of the constituency ahead of the 2027 general election.
Speaking shortly after obtaining the form at the party secretariat, Hon. Babajide Gabriel described his decision to seek re-election as a continuation of his commitment to effective representation, people-oriented legislation, and sustainable grassroots development across Ibadan North Constituency II.
















According to the lawmaker, the journey towards 2027 is not merely a political ambition but a renewed mission to consolidate on the achievements already recorded through responsive leadership and direct engagement with the people.




“My decision to seek another term is borne out of the desire to sustain the progress we have made together as a people. Representation must remain impactful, accessible, and beneficial to every community within Ibadan North Constituency II,” he stated.
Hon. Babajide Gabriel noted that his focus remains on advancing policies and initiatives that will improve the lives of constituents through better infrastructure, youth empowerment, educational support, healthcare development, and economic opportunities for residents.
He emphasized that governance becomes meaningful when elected representatives remain connected to the grassroots and consistently prioritize the needs and aspirations of the people they serve.





“The people deserve leadership that listens, understands their challenges, and works tirelessly to provide practical solutions.
Our agenda remains centered on community growth, human capital development, and inclusive governance,” he added.
The Oyo lawmaker called on party faithful, supporters, community leaders, youths, women groups, and stakeholders across Ibadan North Constituency II to remain united and committed to the collective vision of building a stronger and more prosperous constituency under the platform of the Allied Peoples’ Movement.
He maintained that the APM remains committed to progressive ideals and people-driven governance capable of strengthening democratic participation and restoring confidence in public leadership.
Hon. Babajide Gabriel also appreciated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, for his leadership style and contributions to the development and political stability of the state.
He equally expressed gratitude to party leaders, loyalists, and constituents for their unwavering support and trust over the years.

Reaffirming his dedication to grassroots politics, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel pledged to continue maintaining open communication with constituents and ensuring that their voices remain adequately represented in the Oyo State House of Assembly.
He assured residents that his next term agenda would continue to prioritize transparency, accountability, and people-focused governance.
