Chief (Mrs.) Hajia Oluwatoyin Fatimoh Oyegbori-Oluwa, a leading aspirant for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Lagelu Constituency, has warmly hailed the official declaration of Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, for the 2027 presidential race, describing the development as a bold and timely step towards rebuilding and repositioning Nigeria for greatness.
In her reaction to the growing momentum surrounding Governor Makinde’s presidential ambition and the strategic alliance between the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Chief Oyegbori-Oluwa expressed strong confidence in the governor’s leadership capacity, administrative competence, and people-oriented style of governance.
According to her, Governor Seyi Makinde has consistently demonstrated uncommon courage, transparency, and visionary leadership in Oyo State, qualities she said are greatly needed at the national level to reset Nigeria and restore hope among the people.
She noted that the governor’s remarkable achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, youth empowerment, and economic development have distinguished him as one of the most performing governors in the country.
Chief Oyegbori-Oluwa further stated that the PDP-APM alliance represents a progressive and strategic partnership capable of strengthening democratic values and delivering purposeful leadership to Nigerians across all regions.
