The Executive Assistant to Governor Seyi Makinde on Security Coordination, Hon. Kabiru Salami De-Bomba, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed Special Adviser on Security to the Governor of Oyo State, Mr. Abayomi Fagbenro, and the newly appointed Board Chairman of the Pacesetter Mineral Development Company, Prince Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi, popularly known as Arosad, following their appointments by Governor Seyi Makinde.
In a congratulatory statement, Hon. De-Bomba described the appointments as a clear reflection of Governor Makinde’s commitment to rewarding competence, loyalty, dedication, and exceptional service to the growth and development of Oyo State.

He noted that the appointment of Mr. Abayomi Fagbenro as Special Adviser on Security was well deserved, considering his vast experience, professionalism, and impressive background in security management and administration.
According to him, Fagbenro’s appointment would further strengthen the existing security framework of the state and enhance the government’s continuous efforts toward maintaining peace, safety, and stability across Oyo State.
Hon. De-Bomba also congratulated Prince Arowosaye Saheed Adeyemi (Arosad) on his appointment as Board Chairman of the Pacesetter Mineral Development Company, describing him as a seasoned grassroots politician, experienced administrator, and committed party loyalist whose wealth of experience in governance and leadership would positively impact the company and contribute to the economic advancement of the state.
The Governor’s aide stated that both appointments were strategic and timely, adding that the appointees possess the capacity, experience, and leadership qualities needed to excel in their new offices and justify the confidence reposed in them by Governor Seyi Makinde.
