A former Special Assistant in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Abiola Afeez Adewoyin, has joined well-wishers across Oyo State in celebrating the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, on the occasion of his birthday.
