






The Chairman of the Oyo State Civil Service Commission, Kamoru Abiodun Aderibigbe, has announced that the Commission will hold a crucial interactive session with key administrative officers across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in preparation for the forthcoming 2025 promotion exercise in the state civil service.
The interactive session, scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2026, will bring together Directors of Administration and Supplies as well as Directors of Personnel from various MDAs.

The engagement will take place at the New Local Government Building within the Secretariat in Ibadan and is expected to commence at 10:00 a.m.
According to the Commission’s chairman, the meeting is designed to thoroughly examine and clarify relevant guidelines that will guide the conduct of the 2025 promotion exercise, with the ultimate goal of ensuring a seamless, transparent, and error-free process.

Kamoru Abiodun Aderibigbe emphasized that the interactive forum will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to align their understanding of the procedures and expectations required for the successful implementation of the exercise across all government institutions.
He urged all invited officials to attend the session promptly and participate actively in the deliberations, stressing that collective commitment and cooperation are essential to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the promotion process within the state civil service.
The chairman also used the opportunity to commend the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Seyi Makinde, for his unwavering commitment to the welfare and professional development of civil servants in the state.
He noted that the governor’s consistent support has continued to strengthen administrative structures and promote excellence within the workforce.
He concluded with prayers for continued divine guidance and blessings for the governor in his efforts to advance the growth and development of the state’s public service.
