The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Oluwaseun Olufade, has felicitated the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Olusola Ayodele Adeleke, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary grassroots leader committed to the progress and development of his people.
