Engr. Toheeb Adegoke (ADLAT), hopeful for the Federal House of Representatives (Akinyele/Lagelu, 2027), has described the Oyo State High Court’s verdict on the PDP Ibadan 2025 Convention as a decisive victory for truth, justice, and democratic order.
According to him, the judgment reaffirms the judiciary’s role as the final safeguard of the people’s mandate and the stabilizing force within Nigeria’s democratic framework.

He commended the leadership of Governor Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, under whose stewardship the PDP in Oyo State continues to demonstrate cohesion and institutional discipline.
Engr. Toheeb Adegoke (ADLAT) also welcomed the affirmation of Alhaji Aminu Turaki as the authentic National Chairman, noting that clarity in leadership strengthens internal democracy and reinforces the credibility of the party at the national level.

Engr. Toheeb Adegoke (ADLAT) further called on all PDP members and stakeholders to see this moment as an opportunity to consolidate rather than divide.
Now is the time to close ranks. Division weakens collective resolve, but unity amplifies our voice.
From the ward level to the local government and state structures, he urged members to stand together with a clear and shared purpose, to protect democracy and ensure that Nigeria never drifts into a one-party system.
“Let us organize. Let us mobilize. Let us defend the power of choice,” he stated. “When we stand united, democracy stands strong.”
God bless Nigeria, God bless Oyo State, and God bless the People’s Democratic Party.
