The Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, Engr. Akeem Olatunji, has showered encomium and felicitations to Otunba Seye Famojuro, a close associate of Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, as he marks his birthday anniversary today, February 14.
In his congratulatory message on Saturday, the chairman described Famojuro as a dependable political figure whose unrelenting behind the scene commitment to grassroots development and party cohesion has continued to strengthen governance in Oyo State.

He noted that the celebrant’s birthday coinciding with Valentine’s Day is symbolic, which reflects what he called Famojuro’s “rare capacity for loyalty, generosity and steadfast support for people and causes he believes in.”
The council boss acknowledged the key role played by Famojuro in his emergence as Executive Chairman of Oluyole Local Government, stating that his guidance and encouragement have been instrumental to his political journey so far.

“Otunba Seye Famojuro stood and still stands firmly by me at a critical moment. His counsel, strategic support and unshakeable belief in our vision for Oluyole gave us the needed strength to succeed,” he said.
According to him, the support has not waned since assumption of office, adding that Famojuro has continued to provide moral and strategic backing to the administration’s programmes and policies aimed at improving infrastructure, enhancing primary healthcare delivery and boosting local economic activities within the council area.
He described Famojuro as a bridge-builder whose political influence has consistently been deployed to advance stability and progress within the state.
While praying for long life, sound health and greater accomplishments for the celebrant, the chairman expressed optimism that Famojuro would continue to contribute meaningfully to the growth of Oluyole Local Government and Oyo State at large.
“On behalf of the good people of Oluyole Local Government, I congratulate Otunba Seye Famojuro, my leader and political pillar, on this special day and wish him many more years of impactful service,” the statement added.
