Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke, FCA, the Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland and Chairman of Solutions 93.9 FM Ibadan, has sent a warm birthday felicitation to former Senator Kamorudeen Adekunle Adedibu, describing him as a worthy son of Ibadan whose life and political career reflect dedication to public service and party loyalty.

Oloye Adegoke praised Senator Adedibu who was elected Senator for the Oyo South Senatorial District and assumed office on May 29, 2007, under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for his calm disposition, statesmanship, and commitment to democratic values during his time in office.

Oloye Adegoke noted that Senator Adedibu’s birthday is not only a personal milestone but also an opportunity for the people of Ibadanland and Oyo State at large to reflect on a life shaped by service, discipline, and political consciousness.

“On behalf of my family, associates, and the good people of Team Solutions and Ibadanland, I heartily felicitate Distinguished Senator Kamorudeen Adekunle Adedibu on the occasion of his birthday.

This is a man whose journey in public life was guided by humility, loyalty to party ideals, and a deep understanding of grassroots politics,” Oloye Adegoke said.

Oloye Adegoke also paid glowing tribute to Senator Adedibu’s lineage, acknowledging him as a worthy son of the late Alhaji Lamidi Ariyibi Adedibu, the revered Ibadan political patriarch whose influence and grassroots mobilization shaped political discourse in Oyo State and beyond for decades.

“Being the son of the late Alhaji Lamidi Adedibu comes with enormous expectations.

Senator Kamorudeen Adedibu carried this heritage with dignity, choosing a path of quiet service and responsible leadership.

He upheld the Adedibu name with honour and contributed his quota to the democratic development of our state and nation,” he added.

He further commended the elder stateman for maintaining relevance through wise counsel, experience-sharing, and consistent engagement with political stakeholders, even outside active elective office.

“Our society needs elder statesmen like Senator Adedibu, men who have walked the corridors of power and can still offer guidance, stability, and perspective to younger politicians and community leaders,” Oloye Adegoke stated.

The Ibadan Chief and philanthropist prayed for continued good health, long life, and renewed strength for the celebrant, expressing confidence that his wisdom and experience would continue to benefit Ibadanland, Oyo State, and Nigeria as a whole.

“As you mark another year, I pray that Almighty Allah grants you sound health, peace of mind, and many more years of fulfillment. May your days ahead be filled with honour, joy, and the satisfaction of a life well spent in service to humanity,” he concluded.
