In furtherance of grassroots welfare, faith-based inclusiveness, and people-oriented leadership, the Leader of the House of Ibadan North Local Government and Councillor representing Ward 4, Hon. Taiwo Adebola, has distributed two bags of rice to Christian congregations within her ward.

The outreach, which reflects the local government’s commitment to compassion and religious harmony, involved the delivery of food items to Christian ministries in Ward 4.

The bags of rice were conveyed through recognised church leaders, including Pastor Abiodun Oyedeji of Living Power of Christ Mission, Akinsola Compound, Gbenla, Ibadan; Pastor Caleb Oladapo of God’s Way Evangelical Ministry, Attends, Ibadan; and Pastor Akinlolu Adufe of Voice of God Ministry, Ita Akinloye, Ibadan, strictly as custodians for their respective congregations.

The food items were officially received by the clerics on behalf of their members and worshippers, with the understanding that the gesture was intended to support Christian faithful within their communities.

The distribution formed part of the broader New Year welfare initiative facilitated by the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, who provided two bags of rice to each councillor across the wards to ensure fairness and inclusiveness in reaching Christian communities.
