The Oyo State Agency for Youth Development, under the leadership of Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the youngest Chairman, who doubles as the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, in Oyo State, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade ONALA, commending his inspiring leadership style and commitment to youth-centred governance at the grassroots.
In a goodwill message released and made available to newsmen on Saturday by the Head of the Media Unit to the Chairman, Opeyemi Rasheed Socrates, Prince Adebowale described Hon. Olufade as a shining example of responsible and progressive leadership, whose emergence into public office reflects the growing inclusion of young people in governance across Oyo State.
Falana noted that despite his age, the Chairman has continued to demonstrate maturity, vision, and dedication to public service, earning the confidence of his constituents and setting a positive standard for young leaders aspiring to serve.
The Agency further praised Hon. Olufade’s passion for community development, youth empowerment, and inclusive policies, stressing that his leadership aligns with the broader vision of the Oyo State Government to nurture capable, forward-thinking leaders for sustainable development.

According to him, Hon. Olufade’s political journey serves as motivation to young people across the state, reinforcing the belief that competence, integrity, and service—not age—remain the true measures of leadership.
The Agency expressed optimism that the celebrant would continue to build on his achievements, deepen youth participation in governance, and champion initiatives that promote socio-economic growth at the grassroots.
Adebowale concluded by wishing Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade good health, wisdom, and greater accomplishments in the years ahead, while reaffirming its commitment to supporting young leaders who exemplify excellence, responsibility, and service to the people.
