Hon. Michael Olusegunu Aremu (MOA), a progressive, grassroots-driven hopeful for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Ibadan North Constituency II, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon.
