






Pastor Oluwagbemiro A. Taiwo, the distinguished Fourth Commissioner of the Oyo State Civil Service Commission and a proud son of Surulere Local Government, has joined well-meaning Nigerians in celebrating His Excellency, Governor Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, on the momentous occasion of his 58th birthday, describing the Governor as a divine gift to Oyo State and a trailblazer of people-oriented governance.
In a warm and uplifting birthday message, Pastor Taiwo extolled Governor Makinde’s exceptional leadership qualities, noting that his administration has been defined by clarity of vision, institutional reforms, compassion for the people, and unwavering commitment to sustainable development.
According to him, Governor Makinde’s leadership transcends politics, as it is deeply rooted in service, accountability, and the fear of God—values that have continued to reposition Oyo State as a reference point for good governance in Nigeria.
“Governor Seyi Makinde represents a rare blend of competence, courage, and conscience in public office.




At 58, his life and leadership stand as a testimony that governance can truly be about the people,” Pastor Taiwo stated.
He commended the Governor for prioritizing civil service reforms, workers’ welfare, infrastructural renewal, education, healthcare delivery, and grassroots development, stressing that these initiatives have restored dignity to public service and rekindled hope among citizens across all zones of the state.
