The lawmaker representing Ibadan North Constituency 2 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Adebayo Babajide Gabriel, popularly known as Jagaban of the 9th and 10th Assembly, has extended heartfelt birthday congratulations to revered elder statesman and political compass of Ibadan North, Baba Ismaila Osuolale Ashipa, describing him as “a towering figure whose presence continues to illuminate Oyo State’s political landscape.
In a special birthday message issued on Wednesday, Hon. Gabriel celebrated Baba Ashipa as a distinguished leader whose wisdom, courage, and consistency have shaped generations of political actors and contributed immensely to the growth of democracy across the state.
