Hon. Matthew Alani Oyeniyi, former Federal House of Representatives aspirant, former Ward 12 Councillor in Ibadan North Local Government, and the Aare of Akoboland, has joined other well-wishers in celebrating Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle Don, the distinguished member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, on the occasion of his birthday.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message personally signed and made available to newsmen, Hon. Oyeniyi extolled the virtues of the federal lawmaker, describing him as “a true ambassador of Ibadan North, a shining light in Oyo politics, and a dependable brother whose humility and sense of service are worthy of emulation.”
According to the Aare of Akoboland, Hon. Oyekunle Don has continued to prove himself as a leader driven by compassion, wisdom, and genuine commitment to the welfare of his people.
“Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle Don is not only a lawmaker but a visionary whose style of representation reflects sincerity, courage, and purpose.
His calm disposition, accessibility, and deep understanding of governance have endeared him to many, both within and outside Ibadan North,” Oyeniyi stated.
The former councillor noted that Hon. Oyekunle’s trajectory from his impactful days in the Oyo State House of Assembly, where he served with integrity, to his tenure as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Seyi Makinde, and now as a Federal Lawmaker demonstrates his consistency, loyalty, and readiness to serve humanity with excellence.
“He is a man who carries his people along, always responsive to their needs and aspirations.
His leadership reflects the spirit of progress and inclusiveness that our dear Ibadan North is known for,” Oyeniyi added.
Hon. Oyeniyi further prayed for the celebrant, asking God to grant him long life, sound health, divine wisdom, and greater success in his journey of service to the people and the nation at large.
