The Aare of Akoboland, former Federal House of Representatives aspirant, and one-time Ward 12 Councillor in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Mathew Alani Oyeniyi, has extended his heartfelt felicitations to the Chairman of the Oyo State Waste Management Authority and former Ibadan North Council Chairman, Hon. Waheed Akanbi Biiro, on the occasion of his birthday.

According to Oyeniyi, Hon. Biiro is a shining example of a true grassroots leader who combines simplicity, vision, and compassion in all his dealings.
“Biiro is not just a public servant; he’s a friend to the people, a leader with a large heart, and a man whose energy and sense of humor light up every room he walks into,” Hon. Oyeniyi stated.
He further noted that Biiro’s time as the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government brought visible progress and meaningful development to the grassroots, laying a foundation of effective governance that continues to yield results.
“His current role as Chairman of the Oyo State Waste Management Authority also reflects his enduring commitment to Governor Seyi Makinde’s vision of a clean, sustainable, and organized Oyo State.
He is doing excellently well and deserves to be celebrated,” Oyeniyi added.
