A strong ally and mentee of the Federal House of Representatives member representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle (Don), Mr. Adeagbo Sulaimon Olayode, popularly known as Sula, has once again demonstrated his passion for grassroots development, particularly in the educational sector.

In his latest humanitarian gesture, Sula donated educational materials including exercise books, pens, pencils, sharpeners, and erasers to pupils of IMG Primary School II, Oniyarin, located in Ward 2 of Ibadan North Local Government.

The donation, which took place at the school premises on Monday, was warmly received by the Head Teacher, Mr. Akinola Fadipe, alongside other members of the teaching staff and excited pupils.

Expressing his appreciation, Mr. Fadipe lauded Sula for his thoughtful act, describing it as a rare gesture from an individual who holds no political position.

He noted that such contributions go a long way in motivating pupils and supporting quality education at the grassroots level.

“Without holding any political office, Mr. Adeagbo deemed it necessary, out of his love for education, to donate to our pupils. This is an uncommon act of generosity, and we sincerely pray that God continues to bless him and fulfill his heart desires,” the Head Teacher said.

Speaking with The Populist News correspondent, Sula expressed joy at the warm reception he received from the school management and pupils.

He explained that his passion for education stems from the influence of his mentor, Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle Don, whose consistent philanthropic gestures continue to inspire him.

“My love for education knows no bounds. I have been greatly influenced by the giving spirit of my leader, Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle Don. He loves empowering people, and I’ve learned from his lifestyle to also give back to society,” Sula said.

He emphasized the need to invest in young learners, describing them as the future of the community and the nation at large.

According to him, supporting pupils with basic educational materials will not only aid their learning but also help shape them into responsible and productive citizens.

Adeagbo Sulaimon was accompanied on the visit by the PDP Ward 2 Chairman, Hon. Eye, and several other notable personalities from the area.
