The former Federal House of Representatives aspirant, former Ward 12 Councillor in Ibadan North Local Government, and Aare of Akoboland, Hon. Matthew Alani Oyeniyi, has joined family, friends, and associates in celebrating his dear brother, Olugbenga Adebayo Frayor, on the special occasion of his birthday.
