In a heartfelt message filled with gratitude and party pride, Hon. Dauda Adejare Lawal, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from Ward 12 in Ibadan North Local Government, has extended warm congratulations to all illustrious sons of Ibadan North recently appointed into strategic positions in Oyo State by Governor Seyi Makinde.
Hon. Dauda Adejare Lawal noted that though some time has passed since the appointments were made, it remains imperative to celebrate and commend them for their elevation, describing the recognition as both well-deserved and a product of years of loyalty, sacrifice, and dedication to the ideals of the PDP.
The proud appointees include:
- Hon. Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazim Bibire – Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor
- Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami – Chairman, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC)
- Hon. Kabiru Salami – Executive Assistant on Security Coordination
- Hon. Waheed Adeniyi – Chairman, Oyo State Waste Management Authority
“These appointments reflect excellence, competence, and a deep-rooted commitment to the progressive vision of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde,” Hon. D.A Lawal stated.
He commended the Governor for once again demonstrating fairness and inclusiveness by appointing men of proven capacity from Ibadan North.
Hon. Lawal also used the opportunity to laud Hon. Lanre Sarumi, describing him as a “wonderful team player, an astute loyalist of the PDP, and a steadfast believer in Governor Seyi Makinde’s leadership.”
He stressed that Sarumi’s unshakable loyalty, consistency, and sacrifices for the party will, without doubt, pay off at the right time.
“Lanre Sarumi is one of the finest examples of loyalty in politics.
His dedication to the party and to Governor Makinde’s vision is inspiring, and I have no doubt that his time of greater reward is near,” Lawal remarked.
