In a spectacular show of vision, philanthropy, and unyielding passion for youth development, Ambassador Dr. Kunle Awotiku, Chairman of the Kunle Awotiku Foundation, CEO of Uniplan Integrated Services Limited, and Director of Strategy to Hon. Olufunke Comforter, the Oyo State House of Assembly Member representing Ibadan North Constituency 1, once again transferred his extraordinary motivational energy into the hearts of young Nigerians.
At the Oyo State NYSC Orientation Camp, Dr. Awotiku electrified corps members with his trademark soul-stirring motivation, charging them to rise above complacency and embrace the boundless opportunities hidden within skill acquisition and entrepreneurship.
A seasoned strategist cum motivational speaker with years of impactful engagements, Awotiku did not only speak , he poured himself out, sowing seeds of courage, vision, and resilience in the minds of the young graduates.
He urged them to build themselves, think beyond survival, and evolve into employers of labour who will transform society.
But the event took an extraordinary twist. In what many described as a strange blend of lecture and philanthropy, Amb. Dr. Kunle Awotiku sponsored a keenly contested lecture competition across all ten platoons at the camp.
The atmosphere shifted from ordinary orientation routine to a festival of ideas and empowerment.
Winners were handsomely rewarded:
₦30,000 cash prize for the first position ₦20,000 for second ₦10,000 for third, while other participants did not leave empty-handed.
They received uncommon gifts ranging from healthy beverages, nutritional supplements, makeup products, to free business opportunities including complimentary business registration for budding entrepreneurs.
In his closing charge, Ambassador Awotiku thundered: “Do not allow these words and opportunities to evaporate.
Translate them into reality. Impact yourselves, and impact society.”
The camp ground reverberated with renewed energy, as corps members chanted praises and testimonies of how the encounter had already begun to reshape their thinking.
Many described the moment not as a lecture, but as a destiny-altering encounter.
