The Chairman of Kunle Awotiku Foundation and CEO of Uniplan Integrated Services, Amb. Dr. Kunle Awotiku, has extended warm congratulations to the newly appointed political office holders from Ibadan North Local Government, describing their appointments as well-deserved honours rooted in loyalty, excellence, and proven service to the people.
In a goodwill message made available to the press, Dr. Awotiku, who also serves as the Director of Strategy to the Honourable Member representing Ibadan North Constituency 1 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olufunke Comforter commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his strategic leadership and continuous effort to empower grassroots leaders across the state.
Also in his special message, Amb. Dr. Awotiku heartily congratulated Comrade Mustapha on his emergence as the Acting Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North, calling it a bold and strategic move that reflects the party’s confidence in leadership and political capacity.
“Comrade Mustapha is a grassroots mobilizer, a loyal party man, and a symbol of unity among the youth wing of our great party.
The appointees include:
- Hon. Adeniyi Adeyinka Kazim Bibire – Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor
- Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami – Chairman, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC)
- Hon. Kabiru Salami (De-Bomba) –Executive Assistant on Security Coordination
- Hon. Waheed Adeniyi – Chairman, Oyo State Waste Management Authority
- Comrade Mustapha – Acting Chairman, PDP Ibadan North Local Government
“These appointments are a testament to Governor Seyi Makinde’s unmatched political intelligence and commitment to rewarding competence, loyalty, and consistency,” Awotiku said.
He described the appointees as tested and trusted individuals who have paid their dues in the service of the party and the people.
“Each of them has shown steadfastness in party loyalty and dedication to developmental ideals.
This is indeed a reward well earned.”
Praising Governor Makinde’s leadership philosophy, Amb. Dr. Awotiku stated, “His Excellency has once again reaffirmed his status as a leader who not only sees beyond the present but acts in ways that shape the future.

He urged the new appointees to justify the confidence reposed in them by the Governor and the good people of Oyo State, encouraging them to bring innovation, diligence, and integrity to their respective offices.
