In a powerful display of unity, discipline, and unwavering loyalty, PDP aspirants in the forthcoming Ibadan North Federal Constituency bye-election have thrown their full support behind Governor Seyi Makinde’s leadership and his choice of Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle DON as the consensus candidate.

Speaking in one voice after a strategic and reconciliatory meeting with the Governor, the aspirants declared:

“It’s over. We have all settled for Hon. Folajimi Oyekunle DON after the intervention of our performing governor and leader, His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde.”

This collective endorsement is more than a political decision, it is a reaffirmation of their absolute trust in the wisdom and leadership of Governor Makinde, whose governance style continues to inspire loyalty and unity across the party.



 

The aspirants did not only step down honorably for Hon. DON, they also pledged their total support throughout the campaign period and beyond, assuring the Governor that they remain firmly under his leadership.

“We are with you, Your Excellency. We believe in your vision, and we will continue to stand by you, not only during this election, but in all your efforts to transform Oyo State,” they declared.
