The Vice Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and Political Head/Administrator of Ajorosun LCDA, Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple, has joined other dignitaries and well-wishers across the state to celebrate the First Lady of Oyo State, Her Excellency, Engr. Mrs. Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, as she marks her birthday.
In a heartfelt congratulatory message, Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple described the First Lady as a rare gem, a pillar of strength, and a quiet force behind the success of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration.
According to him, the celebrant is not only a devoted wife to the Governor but also a beacon of hope and compassion to many, particularly women, widows, children, and the less privileged across the state.
“Her Excellency, Engr. Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, is a woman whose life radiates humility, grace, and commitment to service.
Through her numerous empowerment initiatives and community development programs, she has transformed lives and brought succor to many homes,” he stated.
Hon. Oladebo further praised her unwavering support for the Governor, describing her as a “worthy partner and a woman of strength, who continues to contribute meaningfully to the peace, unity, and progress of Oyo State.”
He noted that the First Lady’s advocacy for women empowerment, girl-child education, and the welfare of the vulnerable has left a lasting imprint on the hearts of the people.
