The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended warm congratulations to the Legislative Arm of the council as they mark their one year in office.
In a congratulatory message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, Olufade commended the twelve councillors, under the leadership of the Leader of the House, Rt. Hon. Taiwo Adebola, describing them as wonderful legislators whose dedication and collaborative spirit have greatly enhanced the growth and progress of the local government.
“I am happy to celebrate the Legislative Arm of Ibadan North Local Government on their one-year anniversary in office. Your contributions as lawmakers have been instrumental to the development strides we have achieved together. You have shown exceptional commitment to the people and a strong sense of duty to your respective wards,” Hon. Olufade stated.
He further thanked the councillors from Wards 1 to 12 for their synergy with the executive arm , noting that the peaceful and productive relationship between both arms of government has helped in taking Ibadan North to greater heights.
“As the legislative body of our great local government, your efforts have not gone unnoticed.
Your support, oversight, and cooperation have played a key role in the successful execution of our developmental programs,” he added.
The Chairman also offered prayers for continued wisdom and strength for the lawmakers.
“I pray that the Almighty continues to grant you the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding required to carry out your legislative duties diligently and with excellence,” he concluded.
