The Association of Registered Social Youth Clubs in Oyo State (ARSOYOC) has joined thousands of well-wishers across the state in celebrating the first anniversary of Prince Falana Adebowale Adebayo as the Chairman of the Oyo State Agency for Youth Development.

In a statement released by the Chairman of ARSOYOC, Comrade Farayola Nurudeen, the association lauded Prince Falana’s visionary leadership, describing his one year in office as a “turning point” in the history of youth development in Oyo State.

“Since his appointment by His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, Prince Falana has exemplified what it means to lead with purpose, energy, and a deep understanding of youth-related challenges,” Comrade Nurudeen stated.

He highlighted a number of the Agency’s achievements under Prince Falana’s leadership, including the empowerment of over 5,000 youths through digital and vocational training, the introduction of mentorship schemes, inter-agency collaborations, and the strengthening of internal structures through strategic recruitment.

“Prince Falana has proven himself to be a reformer, a listener, and most importantly, a bridge between government policy and grassroots impact,” the statement continued.

“His inclusive leadership style has created a new template for youth engagement and governance in Oyo State.”

Comrade Nurudeen also emphasized that the Association of Registered Social Youth Clubs is proud to be associated with Prince Falana’s administration, describing the young leader as a beacon of hope for Oyo State’s next generation.

“As an association that advocates for youth inclusion and social development, we are inspired by Prince Falana’s strides and pray for even greater success in the years to come,” he added.

The celebration of Prince Falana’s one-year anniversary has taken over social media, with tributes pouring in from colleagues, friends, and youth-focused organizations, all acknowledging the transformative impact of his leadership within just 12 months in office.
