On this special occasion commemorating a year anniversary of Prince Adebowale Falana’ s appointment as the Chairman, Agency for Youth Development in the state, It gives me the honour and pleasure to extend my sincere congratulations and warmest wishes on your appointment and the unbeatable successes recorded so far.
Prince, you have justified your appointment by the Governor, as your office has consolidated on the gains of the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde by complementing his efforts through various programs for the youths ranging from Skills acquisitions, Digital training, Online marketing and the countless empowerment opportunities rolled out to the youths.
No doubt, this is in line with your mission statement when you came on board but your leadership style of walking the talk must be commended and worthy of emulation by all.
Under your watch as the Chairman of the Agency for Youth Development, you’ve continued to prioritize human capital development and poverty eradication which is evident in the tremendous improvement in youths welfare among others.
You have used your good office to deployed a more effective mechanism for sustaining peace within the various youth groups and associations across the state, initiated training programmes, policies and projects with direct bearing on the lives of the youths and without mincing words, Oyo state no doubt is on the path of sustainable development growth with you at the helm of the Youths affairs.
Mr Chairman Sir, the successes recorded within the span of One Year of your appointment in the Agency for Youth Development is unprecedented and I make bold to state that you’re re-engineering the structural foundation of the teeming youth in our dear state.
I congratulate you on this one impactful year in office, even as we look forward to more promising and fruitful years ahead as you continue to navigate the affairs of Youths in our dear state because, you’ve proven to be worthy and capable to occupy the position.
I am confident that, with Your performance so far and the experience garnered, we can realise much of the potentials of the Youths and the possibilities of putting them into use in such that would benefit our dear state and the country at large. I wish you success in all your endeavours.
