Former Ward 12 Councilor in Ibadan North Local Government and Federal House of Representatives hopeful, Hon. Matthew Oyeniyi Alani, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Supervisory Councilor for Security, Hon. Eitomhen Emmanuel, popularly known as Kalor, describing him as a dependable ally and a selfless public servant.
