In commemoration of one year in office, the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke has launched a Debate and Essay Writing Competition targeted at all secondary schools both public and private within the local government area.
This laudable initiative resolute Hon. Adeleke’s deep commitment to education, youth development and the empowerment of future leaders through intellectual engagement.
The competitions are designed to encourage critical thinking, effective communication and scholarly excellence among students across Ibarapa Central.
To ensure the success of this program, the Chairman partnered with Laykes Precision Limited, a reputable educational and development consulting firm.
The Chief Executive Officer of the company who ably represented by Mr. Azeez Olanrewaju, expressed delight in collaborating with the local government on such a forward-thinking initiative.
He noted that investing in education remains the most sustainable path to long-term community growth.
Representing Hon. Adeleke at the event, Hon. Adegbemi Olukunle,the supervisory councilor for education commended the efforts of participating schools, applauded the dedication of teachers, and charged students to remain focused and embrace healthy academic competition.
He described the event as more than just a one-year celebration, it is a deliberate investment in the intellectual future of ibarapa central.
