As Nigeria joined the rest of the world to commemorate the 2025 International Workers’ Day, the Vice Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and Political Head/ Administrator of Ajorosun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Ibrahim Oladebo Simple, has extended warm felicitations to workers in Ajorosun, Egbeda, Oyo State, and the nation at large.
In a statement issued to mark the occasion, Hon. Simple lauded the immense contributions of Nigerian workers to national development, describing them as the engine room of progress and prosperity in every society.
“Today, we celebrate the tireless efforts, dedication, and resilience of our workforce , the true backbone of our communities and the nation.
Their unwavering commitment to duty, even in the face of daunting challenges, is truly commendable,” he stated.
The Ajorosun LCDA Political head/ Administrator emphasized the importance of a motivated workforce and reiterated his administration’s commitment to fostering a work-friendly environment, promoting innovation, and supporting initiatives that improve workers’ welfare.
Hon. Simple also encouraged workers to remain steadfast in their service to humanity and development, noting that the future of Nigeria rests heavily on the shoulders of a productive and empowered labor force.
