A prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North and Federal House of Representatives hopeful, Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami, has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon. Kazim Adeyinka Adeniyi Bibire, the former Special Adviser to Governor Seyi Makinde on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters.
