In a commendable act of generosity, the Councilor representing Ward 6 in Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Faira, has provided financial relief to 100 constituents, distributing a total of ₦500,000.

Each beneficiary received ₦5,000 during a gathering at the PDP meeting ground in Ward 6, Saint Gabriel Secondary School.
During the event, Hon. Ibrahim Faira reaffirmed his commitment to fulfilling the promises made during his electioneering campaign.

He emphasized that his actions align with his mission to deliver democratic dividends to his people and complement the efforts of Governor Seyi Makinde and the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade.

Since assuming office, Hon. Faira has spearheaded multiple developmental projects.

Notably, he personally sponsored the cleanup of Sabo community, organizing a twice-monthly sanitation exercise.

His commitment to improving hygiene standards led to a collaboration with the Oyo State Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, culminating in the launch of “Operation Keep Sabo Clean.”

The initiative, flagged off by the Oyo State Commissioner for Environment, Hon. Abdulmojeed Mogbonjubola, has transformed environmental sanitation into a daily activity in the Sabo area.
Beyond environmental efforts, Hon. Faira has also contributed significantly to education.

He has donated learning, teaching, and writing materials to various schools in Ward 6, including:
- St. Bridgist Boys Primary School
- St. Bridgist Girls Primary School
- St. Bridgist Secondary School
- St. Gabriel Grammar School
- IMG Primary School
- Aladura Primary School

Additionally, Islamic education has not been left out, as he extended similar donations to the Islamiya School in Sabo Community.

Recognizing the economic realities faced by many, Hon. Faira assured constituents that this financial support is only the first phase, promising a second phase of disbursement soon.

The beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude, describing him as a compassionate and selfless leader who has brought smiles to the ward.

The cash distribution was supervised by Dr. Jah, with other notable leaders in attendance, including:
- Alh. Danjuma Jarmai
- Dr. Salisu Mikailu

With his ongoing commitment to community development, Hon. Ibrahim Faira continues to set an example of effective grassroots leadership in Ibadan North Local Government.
