Hon. Abeeb Alayande, the councilor representing Ward 10 in the Ibadan North Legislative Arm, has continued his poverty alleviation efforts by financially empowering 30 residents of his ward.
The empowerment program, held at the Ward 10 meeting ground, saw each beneficiary receive ₦10,000 in financial support.
During his speech, Hon. Alayande, who also serves as the Financial Secretary 2 of the Oyo State Councilors’ Forum and the Chairman of the Committee on Lands and Estate in the Ibadan North Legislative Arm, reiterated his dedication to providing quality representation.
He assured residents that he would continue to bring the dividends of democracy to Ward 10 by sustaining his financial support initiatives.
Hon. Alayande also emphasized that his empowerment efforts align with the vision of the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade.
He pledged to keep complementing the chairman’s developmental strides by consistently supporting his constituents.
Expressing their gratitude, the beneficiaries praised Hon. Alayande for his generosity and unwavering commitment to their welfare.
They offered prayers for his continued success and financial prosperity.
The event was attended by notable ward leaders, including Leader Jire, Leader Murphy, Leader Akinsanya, Hon. Kazeem Oshoniyi, Leader Aribisala, and Hon. Comfort Adewole (Mama JP).
Also present were Ward 10 PDP executives and party members, who commended the councilor for his impactful contributions to the community.
