Hon. Ladi Adisa Siyanbola (KB), the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, has expressed his deepest condolences to His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde FNSE, the Governor of Oyo State, and the entire Makinde family on the passing of Engineer Sunday Makinde.
In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Ladi Adisa Siyanbola fondly recalled his early years with the late Engineer Sunday Makinde, describing him as a kind and exemplary man who left an indelible mark on everyone who crossed his path.
“I had the privilege of growing up with Engineer Sunday Makinde, and I can attest to his warmth, humility, and unwavering kindness.
He was a man of exceptional character, a beacon of integrity, and someone who truly cared for others.
His life was a shining example of what it means to live selflessly and serve humanity with unwavering dedication,” Hon. Siyanbola said.
He further noted that the late Engineer Sunday Makinde was a source of inspiration to many, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and service that will continue to be cherished.
“Engineer Sunday Makinde was more than just the eldest brother of our beloved Governor; he was a man of great virtue whose impact was felt far and wide.
His passing is not only a loss to the Makinde family but also to Oyo State as a whole,” Hon. Siyanbola added.
Hon. Ladi Adisa Siyanbola(KB) extended his prayers to the Makinde family during this difficult time, saying, “I pray that Almighty God grants His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, and the entire family the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
May the soul of Engineer Sunday Makinde find eternal rest in the bosom of the Lord.”
