Seyi Oyebamiji has praised the Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde for the successful implementation and commissioning of the 11 MW Hybrid Power Plant project, an initiative which Oyebamiji described as a “monumental achievement” and described Governor Makinde as the Architect of Modern Oyo State.
‘‘This transformative initiative is a monumental achievement that further affirms Governor Makinde’s legacy as a visionary leader who is dedicated to modernizing Oyo state.’’
Oyebamiji said. He further praised the initiative for addressing energy shortages which will foster security, economic growth, night commerce and better quality of life for workers and patients seeking healthcare in state owned hospitals.
Oyebamiji, an aspirant for the Egbeda/Ona Ara Federal Constituency ticket under the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in the forthcoming 2027 general elections, commended the Governor’s dedication to addressing one of the major challenges being faced by the people of Oyo state and Nigeria as a whole, laying a robust foundation for industrial and technological advancement.
He then called on the people of Oyo state to keep supporting Governor Makinde’s developmental strides and transformative policies that positions Oyo State as a model for innovative governance in Nigeria.
