Aderibigbe Yisahu Ajibola Busari, the Head of Media to the Ibadan North Local Government Chairman, has expressed profound gratitude to everyone who celebrated his recent convocation from the University of Ibadan.
Yisahu, who earned an M.A in Peace and Conflict Studies (Human Security), shared his heartfelt thanks in a message acknowledging the overwhelming support he received.
“I am profoundly grateful to everyone who celebrated my recent convocation from the University of Ibadan,” Ajibola stated.
“The love and support I received are overwhelming, and I am sincerely happy to have been celebrated by so many.”
Ajibola’s appreciation extended to his family, including his parents, siblings, wife, and children, whose unwavering support he credited for his success.
He also thanked his friends, extended family, and various community leaders.
“I want to appreciate my mum and dad, whose sacrifices and prayers have brought me this far,” he said.
“To my siblings, my dear wife, and my beloved children, your unwavering support means the world to me.
I also want to thank my friends and extended family, who have always stood by me.”
He further extended his gratitude to religious leaders, traditional rulers, political leaders, and politicians across party lines, with special mention to the members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). Market men and women, civil servants, and his lecturers from both the University of Calabar and the University of Ibadan were also acknowledged for their guidance and mentorship.
“Your encouragement and support are deeply appreciated,” Ajibola noted.
“To my lecturers at both the University of Calabar, where I earned my first degree in Public Administration, and the University of Ibadan, your guidance has been invaluable.”
Ajibola did not forget to mention his colleagues in journalism, his classmates and teachers from Methodist Grammar School, Bodija, Ibadan, and everyone who sent him congratulatory messages, including those he may not know personally.
“To my colleagues in journalism, my classmates and teachers from Methodist Grammar School, and everyone who sent me congratulatory messages, your kind words have touched my heart,” he expressed.
He specifically thanked those who attended the celebration and those who couldn’t due to genuine reasons, emphasizing the importance of their support in all forms.
Yisahu concluded his message with a prayer, wishing continued joy, happiness, and divine upliftment for all his supporters.
“May we always have reasons to celebrate one another,” he prayed.
“May joy and happiness never part ways with any of us. I pray that God continues to uplift everyone beyond our expectations.”
