In a significant stride towards poverty alleviation and to celebrate Nigeria at 64, Hon. Habeeb Alayande, the Ward 10 Councilor of Ibadan North Local Government, has disbursed ₦10,000 each to the third set of beneficiaries under his ongoing poverty alleviation program.
This event took place at New Eden Primary School, adjacent to Premier Hotel Junction in Oremeji.
The councilor distributed the funds to 10 beneficiaries, reaffirming his commitment to extend financial assistance to the people of his ward. Hon. Alayande urged those who have not yet benefited from the program to remain patient, assuring them that their turn will come soon.
Expressing his appreciation for the leadership of the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, Hon. Alayande pledged to continue complementing the Chairman’s efforts.
He emphasized the importance of providing support during these challenging economic times, regardless of the amount.
Hon. Alayande also expressed gratitude to the leaders and members who attended the disbursement event. He thanked the PDP Chairman in Ibadan North Local Government, Prince Seun Adelore, for his leadership. He reassured them that the poverty alleviation program will continue as promised, aiming to uplift the community and provide much-needed financial relief.
Hon. Habeeb Alayande used the opportunity to wish Nigerians, Oyo State, Ibadan North Council Chairman Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, Vice Chairman Hon. Akeem Ayoade, House Leader Hon. Taiwo Adebola, and the entire councilors, supervisory councilors, special assistants, and all residents of Ibadan North a happy Independence Day.
Present at the disbursement venue were Hon. Jire, Hon. Kazeem Oshoniyi, Leader Murphy, Engineer Akinsanya, Mrs. Adewole JP, Leader Aribisala, ward executives, and members of the party.
