The Concerned Group for Quality Representation in Ibadan North Local Government has congratulated Ward 10 Councilor, Hon. Habeeb Alayande, as he marks another year on earth.
In their congratulatory message, made available to The Populist News through their spokesperson, Ojo Akinwale, the group described Hon. Habeeb Alayande as a performing councilor who holds the love and interests of his constituents at heart.
