The Chairman of the Association of Registered Social Youth Clubs (ARSOYOC), Oyo State, Comrade Farayola Nurudeen, has congratulated the Chairman of the Oyo State Youth Development Agency, Hon. Adebowale Falana, fondly called Prince, on his birthday.
