There was unbridled excitement in Oyo town as participants in the Oyo State Youth Empowerment Program reveled in the opportunities and experiences provided by the initiative. Oyo town was abuzz with excitement on the seventh day of the Oyo State Youth Empowerment Program.
The participants were beaming with joy, eager to acquire new skills and knowledge that would empower them to reach their full potential.
The excitement was palpable as participants engaged in interactive sessions, group discussions, and hands-on training, all designed to equip them with the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
The Oyo State Youth Empowerment Program aligns with the state government’s vision to develop programs and projects that protect the rights of youths aged 22-35, empower them, and make them responsible citizens. The program has been hailed as a significant step towards youth empowerment and a testament to the government’s commitment to their well-being.
“I never thought I could learn so much in such a short time,” said one participant. “This program has opened my eyes to new possibilities, and I’m grateful to the state government for this opportunity.”
Another participant added, “The facilitators are amazing, and the resources available are top-notch. I feel like I’m part of something special, and I can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned to make a positive impact in my community.”
Honourable Olorunpoto Olufemi, Member of the House Assembly representing Oyo West/East State Constituency, urged the participants to give their utmost effort during the program. Additionally, Oyo West Local Government Chairman, who was represented by his Chief Press Secretary, Amb. Adeyemi, emphasized the chairman’s desire for the participants to take full advantage of the opportunity provided by Governor Makinde and make the most of it. He encouraged them to play their part and maximize the benefits of the program.
